Obesity Foundation is responsible for processing the personal data described in this statement. You can find our contact details on the contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, country, role and message, to answer your question.
- Donations: the details needed to process your donation, handled by our payment provider.
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers and does not load external fonts or scripts.
Health information
Please do not send medical details you would rather keep private. If you share health information in a message, we use it only to answer you, on the basis of your explicit consent, and delete it once your question has been handled.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for up to twelve months after your question has been handled, and donation records as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Obesity Foundation Club
When you join the club, we store your email address, the details you add to your profile, your requests and the progress you log, such as workouts and weight. We use this only to run your account and to help you. Your progress is private: only you can see it.
You only receive tips and newsletters if you ticked that box, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link. In your account you can download all your data or delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and we share no data with advertisers. We only use a few functional cookies that the website needs to work. For these, the law does not require consent, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You will then simply be logged out of the club.
